This property is in San Marcos, Texas. Yeah, a bit of a drive from my Indiana home, but it caught my eye right away. I love Texas. It's my favorite state I've been to so far. I could live there pretty easy. This house sits on 26 acres and it just so dang cute.Image via realtor.com.
