I am by no means a vegetarian. But finding good veggie recipes can be a bit tricky. Lately, I've taken to reading the issues of Vegetarian Times that are available on books.google.com. They have tons of yummy sounding recipes, except wherever tofu or other products replace meat, cheeses, milk, etc. I just replace them with the real thing. It's worked out really well so far, and it gives me lots of new options for recipes. So vegetarian or not, I suggest you check it out.
